Dr. Eviatar received his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine and then completed his internship at St. Vincent's Hospital and Medical Center in New York City. After serving as Chief Resident in Ophthalmology at NYU Medical Center, he then completed a fellowship in Ophthalmic Plastic, Cosmetic, Orbital and Reconstructive Surgery at Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital in New York City. He is Board Certified by the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Dr. Eviatar is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology at New York Medical College and the NYU Medical Center, Co-Director of Orbital and Oculoplastic Surgery at St. Vincent's Hospital in New York and Director of Oculoplastics at SUNY School of Optometry. He performs medical research, lectures to his colleagues and is often featured in the press.

A recognized expert with multiple cosmetic and vision correction lasers, Dr. Eviatar has performed thousands of surgery procedures for laser vision correction, facial reconstruction and cosmetic purposes (wrinkles, acne, scars, etc.). He specializes in non-surgical alternatives to improve one's appearance such as BOTOX©, Restylane, Collagen, Sculptra and Radiesse. He is a lead investigator for the FDA clinical trial using Radiesse for facial enhancement in patients with HIV associated lipodystrophy.
